Highlights of my trip to Darwin

In mid-May I went for a girls trip to Darwin. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed Darwin – the warmth, the laid back attitude and of course the activities!

I had never been to Darwin before but a friend had moved up there and created a huge list of things to do while we were there. Here is my list of highlights during that trip that I would recommend other people do and would definitely do again myself.

Countdown to Greek Islands

In just over a month I will be flying over to Europe to have an epic 10 week adventure! I’ve been dreaming of this all my life and I’m so excited that it’s almost here!

Sailing around the Greek Islands is definitely on the bucket list, and Busabout had this awesome looking hop-on hop-off tour which is exactly what I was after. It departs every second day from Athens, with a minimum 2 nights stay at each Island. You can choose to stay longer too, so you get to properly design your own trip. You book your own accommodation so you can really choose whatever suits your budget.

There’s some optional extra’s like a day cruise or snorkeling or plate smashing. I’m not entirely sure what the optional activities are yet but I’m sure it will be awesome.

I’ll be doing this tour by myself, for a total of 9 days. I’m really excited to travel to a place I’ve only ever seen pictures of on Facebook. I can’t wait to soak up the sun, experience a new culture, and party with some new friends.

Greek Islands – I can’t wait to see you!
