There’s plenty of cute floral dresses online or in stores today.
I am definitely a fan of buying vintage or retro clothing items from chain stores as you can easily get something in the size that fits properly.
But the truely great options are the real vintage items.
Great vintage items are not always easy to find though. I love trawling second hand stores but this takes a lot of time to find something you love.
Ebay is always a good option too but so,stokes risky as some sellers might miss crucial details (like faults) when describing the item.
It’s not so easy to find vintage dresses that you love: does it fit, is it in good condition, will it go with other items in your wardrobe… and let’s not forget the price of some vintage items.
There’s definitely a lot to consider when buying something vintage.
This dress is a true vintage item, with proper lining and sewn in tulle around the skirt of the dress.
I bought this dress at the Canberra Fashion Market. It was a steal at only $20 and is one of those dresses that I definitely don’t wear enough.
I love wearing vintage hair and makeup with this dress, so it’s perfect for Weekend activities like browsing markets, shopping at second hand stores, or brunch.
