It’s been a scorcher of a summer in Australia this year. Apparently January 2017 was one of the hottest January’s on record with plenty of days over 35 degrees. Sometimes it’s hard to stay fashionable when it’s so hot outside…
My go to summer outfit is definitely a playsuit. You get the comfortable practicality of shorts plus there are plenty of different styles out there. So when I saw this beautiful nautical playsuit at Review, I knew I just had to have it! It’s called “Cool Breeze” and it’s been a constant outfit I’ve worn this summer.
This playsuit has lining underneath but it is not thick or unbreathable lining, so it allows me to stay cool on hot days. It has the cap sleeves, which ties in with the vintage style of the playsuit. The playsuit is fitted slightly around the bust and waist, to give the wearer shape. It also has loose shorts which is perfect for a big booty and thick thighs girl like myself – it allows me room to move and is super flattering. Plus the cute sailboat print is so summery. So with all of this in mind, it’s no wonder it’s been a staple in my wardrobe.
I love that this playsuit can be casual with some flats and a cute tote, or it could be dressed up with a nice pair of pumps, red lipstick and a vintage style hair do. I’ve already worn it for a few different occasions including New Years Eve and Australia Day.
With a product from Review, you know it is good quality and you can wear it over and over whilst the clothing staying in great condition. It’s also one of those brands that you can easily sell or buy second hand – it’s always sought after because of the quality as well as the timeless styles.
